How I Work
Four questions that determine whether your community thrives or dies.
Why should people stay?
People stay when something improves over time. Growth. Connections. Opportunity.
Points and roles aren't enough. I design incentives that align with what people actually want: extrinsic or intrinsic, depending on what matters.
Is it simple enough to work?
Communities need clarity. A moderated space. Clear reasons to participate. A reason to return.
If people don't understand how to engage, they won't. I create structures where contribution has meaning and participation creates value.
Does pre-TGE align with post-TGE?
Most projects treat launch as the finish line. It isn't.
If your incentives don't translate post-launch, you'll churn users when speculation fades. I design alignment so belief survives price action.
What happens when sentiment turns?
Bull markets hide weak systems. Bear markets expose them.
When sentiment flips, communities fragment or consolidate. I design for volatility: clear communication, expectation management, crisis response. Continuity survives when things get hard.
This is how I think. If it resonates, we should talk.
